Post Digestive Rejuvenation
on: September 5, 2010, 04:11

For many years, I have been working extremely hard within my career and outside it to find solutions for my digestive predicament. In every area that I have looked and explored, it comes down to one thing – fix the bowel!
So my goal into 2011 is to correct this issue once and for all. I have a 5-6 month road ahead of me. I have just started a new detox program and as I always do when it comes to healing, I incorporate kinesiology, adjustments, acupuncture and some allergy elimination.

At the end of the day my ultimate goal in this area is to be able to help people more effectively within this area. When I conquer this, my experience will help me with the tough cases.

If there is anyone who is interested to know the process I have gone through to get the success I’ve had thus far, send me a message and I’ll pass along the knowledge I’ve gained.

Greg,

It’s like you’re reading my mind today. I too know that I need to make serious inroads into my digestion and would love to hear what you are doing in order to make it happen. For me, I’m currently looking into easy steps that I can incorporate into my life immediately. The first thing is to start drinking water with real lemon slices in it every morning. I’ve heard this makes such a difference and I just haven’t been doing it. Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance. I love your vids!
